Unexpected conditions discovered during installation may require modifications to the project, additional materials, or additional charges.
5. Custom Products
Because many glass products are custom manufactured for a particular project, custom orders may not be eligible for cancellation or return after production has begun, except where required by applicable law or an applicable written agreement.
Specific cancellation, return, warranty, and payment terms may be included in an individual project agreement or invoice.
6. Installation
Installation dates are estimates and may be affected by:

- Manufacturing delays
- Weather
- Site readiness
- Scheduling changes

Customers are responsible for providing reasonable access to the installation area and ensuring the site is ready for installation.
7. Customer Responsibilities

- Disclose relevant site conditions
- Remove personal belongings from the immediate work area
- Ensure that authorized individuals are available when required for installation
8. Payments

Deposits or progress payments may be required for custom projects.
Failure to make required payments may result in delayed or suspended work.
9. Warranty
Any applicable product or workmanship warranty will be described in the applicable written agreement, invoice, or warranty documentation.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, warranties do not cover damage resulting from:

- Normal wear and tear

Customers should not modify, remove, or interfere with installed glass, hardware, or railing components without appropriate professional assistance.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BV Glass Vision will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website or services.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability relating to a particular service or project will not exceed the amount actually paid to BV Glass Vision for that service or project.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
